Physical Accessibility

Currently, Amache National Historic Site does not have a visitor center or facilities on site. The park’s only trail is a short and uneven interpretive loop located at the site's entrance. Exploring other parts of the site away from the road involve walking across uneven ground and through tall brush.

There are two reconstructed buildings on site. Access to both buildings is only permitted while park staff is present and neither are currently wheelchair accessible.
