Museum Exhibits

The National Park Service manages one of the world's largest museum systems. There are museum and archival collections in over 390 sites throughout the US. Often these displays about nature and history are in park visitor centers and some free to visit. You can find hands-on activities, historical items, rocks and minerals, and wildlife displays.
