Application InstructionsApplicants must use and submit the 2025 CUA Application Checklist and all required forms to ensure a complete application packet. To apply, please complete the application process through the NPS Online Application and Reporting System. IMPORTANT: The park is only accepting electronic application packets through the NPS Online Application and Reporting System for calendar year 2025. The video linked below provides detailed instructions on how the new system works. Complete applications must be submitted a minimum 60 days in advance of first trip for processing. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received; incomplete applications are moved to the bottom of the list and may take longer than 60 days until fully executed. The 2025 application period opens October 1, 2024.
