- Include vehicle year, make/model, license number, state issued, passenger capacity, and whether its owned, rented, or leased
□ List of guides/drivers and additional required information
- Guide Template excel spreadsheet (available on the webpage) is the preferred form of submission. Do not submit photos/scanned images of driver’s licenses for privacy reasons.
□ Detailed itinerary
- Include planned dates in the park and intended locations (viewpoints, trails, facilities) that will be visited. Sample itineraries are acceptable.
□ Safety briefing delivered to guests
- Includes information specific to Bryce Canyon NP to be shared with guests prior to or on the trip related to their safety and resource protection.
- Topics should include Leave No Trace concepts, elevation sickness, lightning safety, importance of hydration and electrolytes, etc.
□ Previous year’s CUA Annual Report
- Annual Reports will be submitted via the online system when made available.
- CUA holders that do not submit an annual report by the deadline will have their CUA suspended.
□ PAYMENT: $350.00 non-refundable application fee for initial application, $250.00 for each additional application. This fee is paid directly through the online application system.
