Ranger Programs and Home Tours

Eisenhower Home Tours and Ranger Programs are offered on select dates. A full schedule can be found below.

There is no fee for visiting Eisenhower NHS. All home tours and ranger programs are free of charge.

While the Eisenhower home is only open on select dates, Eisenhower National Historic Site grounds are open daily, sunrise to sunset. Visitors may drive directly to Eisenhower NHS (use 250 Eisenhower Farm Rd for GPS) and follow signs for on-site parking. RVs, trailers, and buses are not allowed on-site without prior approval.

Group Tours

Groups of ten or more--including scout groups and education groups--must book separate tours for the Eisenhower home at least two weeks prior to your visit. For more information on how to arrange a group tour, visit us here.

2025 Eisenhower Home Tours and Ranger Programs

Thursday May 29 through Sunday October 26

Park staff will provide Eisenhower home tours on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for the Summer 2025 season. Home tours will be offered at 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm.

• Home tours are first come, first served. Due to limited space, they are limited to 40 visitors per tour.

• Visitors are advised to be on-site at least 15 minutes prior to the home tour they would like to attend.

• Visitors should check-in at our visitor contact station on-site and reserve a spot before their home tour program.

• Groups of ten or more should click here for our group reservations page for information on how to arrange a tour outside of public tour hours. Please note that group tours are subject to staff availability.

Ranger Guided Walking Tours of Eisenhower Farm

Monday June 2 through Monday October 13

• Programs take place Mondays at 10 am and 1 pm.

• Join a park ranger for this free guided walking tour visiting the grounds of the farm that Dwight and Mamie Eisenhower loved. Explore the fascinating history and stories of the Eisenhower property, from the Civil War to the Cold War. Discover how the Eisenhowers connected with this peaceful landscape.

• This one-hour long program will meet in front of the Eisenhower home. Note: This program does not include a tour of the Eisenhower home.

December 2025 Christmas Tours

Join Eisenhower NHS for an Eisenhower Christmas with special holiday tours of the historic Eisenhower home.

Tours will take place from 10 am through 2 pm on the following dates in December:

• Saturday, December 6

• Sunday, December 7

• Saturday, December 13

• Sunday, December 14

• Saturday, December 20

• Sunday, December 21

Visitors should follow signs for on-site parking and meet at the Eisenhower NHS Welcome Center (previously the Reception Center) to begin their tour. Tours are first-come, first-served, with the last entry at 2 pm each day.

Groups of ten or more should contact the park two weeks in advance for separate tour times.
