Camping Fees

• There are 108 drive-up sites that are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Reservations for individual sites are not accepted.
• Group camping (minimum 15 people) reservations can be made by calling 1-855-708-2207.

• There are 235 drive-up sites available. Reservations are accepted and strongly recommended during the busy winter season. Reservations are typically not needed in the summer months (April 16 - November 19).
• 41 electrical hookup sites are available in T-Loop.
• Reservations can be made by calling 1-855-708-2207.

Wilderness permits are required for all overnight camping in the backcountry. Preparation is key to a successful experience, please visit our Wilderness Trip Planner to learn more.

• There is a $21 administrative fee plus an additional $2 per person, per night use fee. Fees apply year-round. A credit or debit card is needed, cash cannot be accepted.
• Campers can make advanced reservations through Recreation.gov. Reservations are not required for wilderness permits however.
• Campers can also pick up a permit in-person at the Flamingo Visitor Center on a first-come, first-served basis within 24 hours of the start of the trip.
