There are many places to explore when you visit Friendship Hill National Historic Site.

The grounds and trails are available from sunrise to sunset every day of the year. The Gallatin House and our Visitor Center are open seasonally, 9 AM to 5 PM. From May 1st to September 30th, the house is open seven days a week. The rest of the year (October 1st to April 30th), the house is generally open weekends only. Please check the hours to verify if the house is open on the day you plan to visit!

Photographers are welcome, but please remember no photos are allowed inside the house or within 50 feet of the main road. For more information, check out our Photo page. A permit may be required!
