Northern Bayberry (Morella pensylvanica)

The northern bayberry is an evergreen shrub that can grow up to 12 ft. in height and 15 ft. in width. It flowers in spring, with both green and yellow blooms. It can grow fruit throughout the year, with small gray fruits that make great food for local birds. This native plant thrives in full sun, but partial shade is also acceptable.
