Guided Tours

Join a park ranger or volunteer to explore the many stories that the historic forts and the landscape tell about Governors Island.

Castle tours for the winter are scheduled, Wed. thru Sun. 10:30, 12pm, 2PM & 3PM. Go to recreation.gov(see the link below) to reserve a spot. Fort Jay is closed for the winter. You can send any questions you might have to GOIS_information@nps.gov

NOTE-Castle tours will not be conducted in temperatures below 35 degrees Fahrenheit
