Request a Group Visit

Groups are considered any organized visit with a minimum of 10 people. Group arrangements must be made at least two weeks in advance. Anyone interested in planning a group visit to Hampton NHS must first fill out a Group Arrangements Request.

***PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive a confirmation upon completing this form. A confirmation is not necessary to bring your group to the park***

Before You Arrive

Groups should read all information in the Group Arrangements section of the park website to make sure they are completely up to date on park policies. Groups should upload their group visit printable information sheet and a group map.

Self-Guided Visitation

Groups are welcome to explore the majority of the site at their own pace. The Lower Farm offers original structures including slave quarters, dairy, mule barn, and lower house (which also served as the overseer's house for a time). Visitors can tour the Ridgely family cemetery, stroll the scenic gardens, and walk the grounds. Information waysides are located throughout the park to give you information about the history of the site. Virtual tours are also available to supplement your group's self-guided tour. Please read the park's Operating Hours and Seasons page before scheduling your group so you are fully informed on the park's grounds and buildings operating hours.

Public Ranger Programs

Groups may not request special programs from park staff at this time. However, groups are welcome to join any public programs that are offered during thier visit. For information on tour times and Mansion Tour ticketing, please visit our Ranger Programs page.
