Operating Hours & Seasons

Tour Hours (Winter):

Tours of the Home of FDR are usually offered from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM daily. Tour times are subject to change. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Park and Home tour hours vary by season. Be advised: There is a 5-10 minute walk from the visitor center to the Home tour starting location.

Grounds Hours (Winter):

The grounds are open daily from November through January, except for New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. The opening hours of the grounds during the winter are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Henry A. Wallace Visitor Center:

The Visitor Center opens at 9:00 AM for ticket sales on a first-come, first-served basis, and the Visitor Center normally closes at 5:00 PM.
