Honouliuli Established as a National Historic SiteRead the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act of 2019 (Page 133, Stat. 741-742) that designated Honouliuli as a National Historic Site.

Foundation DocumentIn 2019, the Foundation Document (full version; short version) for Honouliuli National Historic Site was completed. This document laid the groundwork for understanding Honouliuli's environmental conditions, cultural sites, and planning and interpretive needs moving forward. It continues to be used as the basis for management at the park.
Resource Study and Environmental AssessmentThe resource study and environmental assessment of Honouliuli was transmitted to Congress in 2015. The Honouliuli Gulch and Associated Sites Special Resource Study and Environmental Assessment evaluates the Honouliuli Internment Camp and associated World War II internment sites in Hawai‘i for national significance, suitability, and feasibility for involvement in the National Park System.
