This program allows U.S. fourth graders and their families a pass which provides free entrance to all National Park Service and other federally managed lands, forests, waters and recreational and historic sites for one full year. Please note here at Gateway Arch National Park this pass will provide a $3 discount on up to four tickets for the tram ride to the top of the Gateway Arch, and $3 off up to four tickets to view the documentary film.
