Where to Park
Though Gateway Arch National Park does not operate any parking facilities within our boundaries, we have a Preferred Parking Program at nearby Stadium East Parking Garage. It is $10 for 5 hours. Pre-purchasing parking at iparkit.com/TheArch is highly recommended, especially on Cardinals game days or days when other large events are happening. If parking is not pre-purchased on event days, the special $10 rate will not be recognized and event day parking rates will apply. Some spots at Stadium East Parking Garage are accessible.

- Purchase pre-paid parking with no validation required: iparkit.com/TheArch. Make sure to select dates and times that match your planned visit.
- If parking is not pre-paid, you may validate by scanning your parking ticket at one of two validators located inside the Visitor Center at Gateway Arch National Park. Validators are located in the West Entrance lobby just outside the restrooms and on Level 1 next to the information desk in the tram lobby.
- Important note: On dates with St. Louis Cardinals’ home games, discounted Arch parking MUST be purchased by 11:59pm on the date prior to the game. If parking is not pre-paid, event parking rates will apply and parking tickets cannot be validated. Please check the Cardinals schedule and plan ahead for Arch parking.
- Blackout dates, including Cardinals Opening Day, might apply for discounted rate pre-paid parking.
- Stadium East Garage has a height clearance of 6’8″.
Use Explore St. Louis's map of downtown parking facilities to find additional parking garages downtown. It is a considerable walk from all parking points to the Arch, so please plan travel time accordingly.
Parking along the levee by the riverboats may be available depending on current water level. Parking along the levee requires a cash fee and is not operated by Gateway Arch National Park or its partners.
