This interactive program takes place in the Club House building, used by members of the South Fork Fishing and Hunting Club in the 1880s. Students meet a park ranger portraying Colonel Elias Unger, president of the South Fork Fishing and Hunting Club, in first person. Students are given pre-made questions used to interview Unger. From these questions, participants learn about the day of May 31 and how events unfolded throughout the day, including the breaking of the South Fork Dam from Unger's perspective. This program is a unique opportunity to access the interior of the Club House and is approximately 45 minutes in length.
