Coral Reefs

Half of the park at Kaloko-Honokohau is under the sea. These waters a exceptionally clear and are noted for their biodiversity. The coral reef is home to many different fishes, invertebrates and marine algae. The reef can be accessed by several dive boats operating from Kailua-Kona and great snorkeling can be found in the waters near Aiopio Fishtrap.
