This inspiring Junior Ranger motto resonates with children across the nation, as they pledge to safeguard parks, deepen their knowledge about nature, and share their unique ranger adventures with loved ones. The Junior Ranger Program is an engaging, activity-based initiative that invites visitors to become part of the National Park Service "family." To earn the title of Junior Ranger, participants complete a series of fun and educational activities, discuss their answers with a National Park Service Ranger, and proudly receive two official Junior Ranger badges. While the program is designed for children aged 5 to 13, individuals of all ages are welcome to join in the excitement! You can pick up your Junior Ranger booklet at Park Headquarters in Fritch or the Alibates Visitor Center. If you can't visit in person, give us a call at 806-857-6680 or 806-857-3151, and we'll happily mail you the materials you need. You can also download a copy below.
