A variety of colonial hands-on demonstrations will be offered throughout the day, such as colonial candlemaking and toys and games will take place in the park's new Tar Heel Education and Demonstration Area (THEDA) on Saturday April 26, from 10 am until 3 pm. THEDA is located near the park's visitor center. Other hands-on demonstrations and children's activities will be offered and participants will be sworn in as official Junior Rangers during this national event. Come and earn one, two or all three of the Junior Ranger badges available at Moores Creek National Battlefield and learn more about the first decisive Patriot victory of the American Revolution!
