PLEASE NOTE: In areas the CDC identifies as a "HIGH" COVID-19 community level, masks are required for everyone in all NPS buildings, regardless of vaccination status. In most low and medium COVID-19 community level areas, masks are optional, but visitors should follow signs and instructions from park staff and volunteers. Visitors and employees are always welcome to wear a mask if it makes them more comfortable.
At this time, Morris County (New Jersey) is identified by the CDC as being in a LOW COVID-19 community level, therefore masks are currently optional for everyone in Morristown NHP buildings. This guidance will be updated every week on Friday morning.

Park buildings are open Thursday-Sunday 10 am to 4 pm.
Park grounds are open daily 8 am to 8 pm. Gates in Jockey Hollow (Western Avenue and Jockey Hollow Tour Road) close at 7:30 pm.

Tours begin in the Washington's Headquarters Museum Thursday through Sunday This historic house seen by guided tour only--contact park on day of visit for tour schedule and current availability. Free passes are distributed at the Museum information desk on a first come, first served basis. We do not accept reservations over the phone or online.
