Take the B.A.R.K. Ranger Pledge!

National parks are exciting places for pets to explore with their families while on vacation. However, these new environments can sometimes be a bit too much for them. The B.A.R.K. Ranger program at Salinas Pueblo Missions shows you how to ensure a great experience for you and your pet in new places. Discover the B.A.R.K. Ranger principles so you both can enjoy a safe and fun visit at Salinas Pueblo Missions.

What does B.A.R.K. mean?

  • Bag your pet’s waste.
  • Always keep them on a leash.
  • Respect wildlife.
  • Know where you can go.

How can my pet become a B.A.R.K. Ranger?

The B.A.R.K. Ranger program is available all year long. Just visit one of our four visitor centers during open hours to grab your B.A.R.K. Ranger rack card. Once you learn the four principles and take the B.A.R.K. Ranger Pledge, your pet will earn the Salinas Pueblo Missions’ B.A.R.K. Ranger Tag!
