Leashed pets are welcome on the trails and in the picnic areas at Salinas Pueblo Missions. Pets must remain on a leash at all times within the park, and pet excrement must be collected by the pet handler and disposed of in a trash receptacle. Pets are not permitted in the Visitor Centers or museums.

How can my pet become a B.A.R.K. Ranger?

The B.A.R.K. Ranger program is available all year long. Just visit one of our four visitor centers during open hours to grab your B.A.R.K. Ranger rack card. Once you learn the four principles and take the B.A.R.K. Ranger Pledge, your pet will earn the Salinas Pueblo Missions’ B.A.R.K. Ranger Tag!
