Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act

Transparency Act Reporting using FSRS.gov

The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) requires prime grantees to report on subawards greater than or equal to $30,000.00. Prime grantees are organizations that have a grant agreement with the National Park Service. In order to meet the reporting requirements of FFATA, subawards above or expected to be above the reporting threshold must be documented in a system called FSRS not later than the month following the month the subaward agreement is signed.

Additional information on reporting requirements under FFATA may be found: Please note that there are exceptions to the reporting requirements that apply to some businesses and natural persons (individuals). These exemptions are generally outlined in 2 CFR 170.110.
