Volunteer with us!

Whether you wish to volunteer for a day, a week or longer, there are opportunities for you to get involved at Women’s Rights National Historical Park. As a volunteer in the National Park Service, you become part of the Volunteer-In-Parks (VIP) community. Volunteers-in-parks are integral to the operation of National Parks throughout the country.

All open opportunities will be listed below. Applications can be sent electronically via email or printed and accepted in person at the front desk.

• Director’s Order 7 and Reference Manual 7
  • The Volunteers-In-Parks Reference Manual 7 (RM-7) offers guidance to NPS employees, partners, and volunteers themselves engaged in managing and supporting volunteer activities, projects, and programs at their site or office.
• Entrance Passes
  • Free annual passes are available for Volunteers with 250 service hours with federal agencies that participate in the Interagency Pass Program
• George and Helen Hartzog Awards for Outstanding Volunteer Service
  • Awards recognizing the efforts of exceptional volunteers, groups, and park VIP programs.
