Curecanti encompasses a series of three reservoirs (Blue Mesa, Morrow Point, and Crystal reservoirs) along the once free-flowing Gunnison River. The recreation area has a visitor center, marinas, boat ramps, campgrounds, primitive boat-in campsites, hiking trails, fishing areas, scenic overlooks, picnic areas, and interpretive wayside exhibits.

Cimarron

The historic town was once a bustling train depot. Visitors can revisit the past and recreate along Crystal Reservoir.
