No entrance pass required
An entrance pass is not required to access Fossil Butte National Monument. Other National Park Service sites may require an entrance pass or fee. Fossil Butte National Monument no longer issues the free interagency passes. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) office in Kemmerer, WY issues these passes.
