Picnic Area

Things to Know

The Picnic Area is open Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Picnic tables and charcoal grills are available year-round, while restrooms and a water fountain are available spring through fall. The picnic pavilion can be used for large groups that are first come, first serve, if there is not already a reservation. Reservations can be made in advance to hold your spot. (Reservations will only be available until May 17, 2025. After this date, the pavilion will be first come, first serve.)

If you have a group of 25 or more gathering at the picnic pavilion, you may require a Special Use Permit (SPU). Please contact us if you have any questions about your upcoming event.
