Be A Junior Ranger

The Junior Ranger program will help kids, of all ages, gain a better understanding of the National Park Service, the Civil War, and the Battle of Monocacy. Complete five activities to earn a Monocacy Junior Ranger badge and certificate.

To obtain a copy, please stop by the Visitor Center or email us. When sending an email request, please include your address and how many booklets you need. Completed booklets should be mailed to:

Frederick, Maryland 21704

Once the booklet has been reviewed, the certificate will be signed, stamped, and the entire booklet will be mailed back to you with a Junior Ranger badge enclosed. Good luck and have fun!
