No entrance pass required
An entrance pass is not required to access Monocacy National Battlefield. Other National Park Service sites may require an entrance pass or fee. Depending on your trip plans, an interagency pass may save you money. Monocacy National Battlefield is a FEE FREE National Park Service site.
There are no entrance fee's for the battlefield, visitor center or museums.
Due to this there are no National Park Passes, of any type, for sale at Monocacy National Battlefield.
2026 Free Entrance Days in the National ParksCome experience the national parks! All National Park Service sites that charge an entrance fee will offer free admission to everyone (other fees, including timed entry or reservation fees, may apply). Beginning in 2026, free entrance on these days will be for US citizens and residents only. Nonresidents will pay the regular entrance fee and any applicable nonresident fees. 
NPS There are NO FEES at Monocacy National Battlefield. Monocacy National Battlefield does not have/sell any passes. If you are interested in learning about the cost and locations where you can purchase the America the Beautiful Passes, visit www.recreation.gov.
