Know before you go. Visit NPS.gov/findapark for current park conditions and availability of restrooms and other facilities. Make a plan, know the rules, prepare for the weather, and if you are sick, stay home.
Keep on trails. Follow signs and designated routes to avoid disturbing wild areas.
Keep it with you. If you brought it, take it with you. Trash pickup and restroom facilities will continue to be limited in many park areas. Follow Leave No Trace principles.
Keep it in the park. Leave rocks, plants, and other objects for others to enjoy.
Keep it in the grill. Fires are only permitted in designated grills. Leave wood in the woods; burn only charcoal or firewood you’ve packed and brought with you.
Keep wildlife wild. For your own safety and the health of our wildlife, do not disturb, feed or approach wild animals, no matter how cute they are. All dogs must be leashed at all times.
Kindness goes a long way. We all share this park and this earth. Keep noise levels down, keep your distance, make room for others to pass, and say hi to your fellow humans.
